For editor, add Note to Code Point Support section at the end of the section. See email, http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-tt/2012Sep/0027.html, and TTWG meeting minutes Sept 27, http://www.w3.org/2012/09/27-tt-minutes.html.

Note: A player follows the semantics expected for use of Unicode code points as stated in this section. The exact glyph is player dependent.

On our agreement Sept 27, all references to "player" should be "presentation processor". So this should be updated here too.
