Re: perceivable structures

The proposed definition seems somewhat "circular" to me - "perceivable" 
defined in terms of "perceived"
Maybe change proposed definition to:

"relationships in the content that are (objectively?) noticeable (through 
the user's senses) from the default presentation"?
