<Lisa_Seeman_> https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-cognitive-a11y-tf/2016Sep/0008.html

The rest of the scope of the original SC proposal can, hopefully, be covered by an additional SC

Lisa wants this to be more generalised

<Lisa_Seeman_> -memorize information such as characters, words, numbers or gestures or;

<Lisa_Seeman_> -correctly identify information such as characters, words, numbers or gestures or;

<Lisa_Seeman_> -correctly copy information such as characters, words, numbers or gestures or;

<Lisa_Seeman_> -reliably produce information from memory

<Lisa_Seeman_> -perform calculations or complex cognitive function

<Lisa_Seeman_> -speak

<Lisa_Seeman_> -------------

<Lisa_Seeman_> memorize character strings or;

<Lisa_Seeman_> correctly identify and enter numbered characters from a character string or;

<Lisa_Seeman_> perform calculations or;

<Lisa_Seeman_> speak or;

<Lisa_Seeman_> reliably produce gestures or;

<Lisa_Seeman_> recognise characters presented on screen and then enter them into an input field.

<Lisa_Seeman_> perform calculations or complex reasoning

<Lisa_Seeman_> perform calculations or pazales

General consensus that Lisa's first bullet is an improved version of my first bullet - but add pictures

<Lisa_Seeman_> processing presented or memoried information

Possible second bullet could say "processing presented or memorized information and entering the result of the processing"

Suggest why we have speech (temporary inability) in relation to voice pattern authentication.

Lisa suggests that many of the original ideas can be specified in failure criteria

Add some success techniques

Suggest Mike should give some examples of where people with only slight decline if e.g. memory mean they can no longer use critical services.

<Lisa_Seeman_> do not require processng of or memised or presented information or memorising information

.".. Do not require memorizing and processing of presented or memorized information" is almost the whole thing.
