sosa-core:ObservableProperty is a class described as "An observable Quality of a Thing; typically a FeatureOfInterest."

In contrast, ssn has "ssn:Property" that is (already annotated to be) exactly the O&M concept of Property .

The O&M definition is "property:
facet or attribute of an object referenced by a name [ISO 19143:2010, definition 4.21]"

So why change it? There is a name difference here (prefix observable) which refers to the role of the Property in relation to an observation --- why? How is "observable" in the prefix here any different to "observes" or "observed" or "observedProperty" in its (only) use in relation to an observation?

Also note that the class "Property" is extensively used in ssn to refer to important properties (such as measurement properties) that may or may not be observed. i.e, "observableproperty" cannot cover those cases.

And, again, is it actually a class we need? Yes, it should be constrained as a subclass of Qulaity (as ssn does with dul:Quality) but if our core is unable to do that, then why do we need the class at all? Why not just use the filler for the objectproperty "observes"?
