where it says, in 10.1.8 Provide explanations, justifying the advice or
information given
If the user is expected to carry out a task or an action to achieve
the desired level of security, they should have access to an
explanation that justifies why it is necessary.
Yes, yes, yes.
Where the projection of the security infoset that the WG has nominated
as \"what to present\" fails to communicate, and the user can recognize this,
there needs to be built into the *easy* interactive fabric of Rich Web content
a way for them to get more information when they will somehow manage to
recognize that they care about the decision and don\'t grasp the info they
need. See comment to 10.1.7 for more.
