WG Notes: So the suggestion is that a mobileOK checker should follow hyperlinks/action attributes and see whether the linked resources are available in utf-8? I'm rather confused by this and I doubt that's what Jo means. Separately, Internet Media Types do seem to be capitalised - see, for example, http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/2002/0129-mime
