Summary of Issue: Promotion of 2.4.7 Focus Visible from level AA to level A Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change):
I understand the importance, and the requirement, of making content accessible via the keyboard and so can see why SC 2.1.1 Keyboard is level A. It would seem to make sense to promote the similar SC 2.4.7 Focus Visible to level A also; without a visible focus, the content is effectively unusable by the keyboard.

Proposed Change:
Promote SC 2.4.7 Focus Visible from conformance level AA to level A
