There are several SOAP 1.2 tests but are all are fault cases. We should have positive SOAP 1.2 tests for one-way and two-way exchanges to ensure that SOAP 1.2 is applied in these cases. We should define SOAP 1.2 variants of basic SOAP 1.1 tests test0001 and test0002. By naming convention these would be called test0101 and test0102.
