1. Introduction

This form allows non-Participants to make the declarations required by W3C in order to accept their Contribution and publish it as part of a W3C Recommendation. As a reminder, Participants agreed to these Requirements by joining the group.

Submitted copyright license grants will be publicly archived indefinitely.

2. Grant of License for Contributed Test Cases Published as Part of a W3C Recommendation

The Contributor hereby grants to the W3C, a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, world-wide right and license under any Contributor copyrights in this contribution to copy, publish, use, and modify the contribution and to distribute the contribution under a BSD License or one with more restrictive terms, as well as a right and license of the same scope to any derivative works prepared by the W3C and based on, or incorporating all or part of the contribution. The Contributor further agrees that any derivative works of this contribution prepared by the W3C shall be solely owned by the W3C.

The Contributor states, to the best of her/his knowledge, that she/he, or the company she/he represents, has all rights necessary to contribute the Materials.

The Contributor agrees that to the extent he/she/it holds Essential Claims applicable to the Contribution, Contributor will make available a license to any third party according to the requirements laid down in the W3C Royalty-Free (RF) License.

W3C will retain attribution of initial authorship to the Contributor. The W3C makes no a-priori commitment to support or distribute contributions.
