   • Feb/March 2006, in conjunction with the Tech. Plenary, 27 February - 3 March 2006, Cannes-Mandelieu, France (resolved 14 June 2005)

3. Technical discussions

The technical discussions have two main goals

• make progress on several open issues and try to reach closure on some of them,
• review the new directions that were identified at the previous f2f (Cambridge, 14-16 June) and make progress on some of them (Grid, Security)
