The following is the implementation report for the [https://www.w3.org/TR/ttml1/ Timed Text Markup Language 1 (TTML1) (Third Edition)] specification.

This report below demonstrates implementation experience for transition to [https://www.w3.org/2018/Process-20180201/#rec-pr Proposed Recommendation].

Specifically, this report demonstrates that the CR Exit Criteria have been met, copied here for convenience: 

:For this specification to exit the CR stage, at least 2 independent implementations of every CR exit criteria test are required, as documented in the Working Group's implementation report. These CR exit criteria tests are intended to cover the ambiguities and errors corrected by this edition, and the implementation report will be limited to these tests. The Working Group does not require that implementations are publicly available but encourages them to be so.

The CR exit criteria test files are available on the [https://github.com/w3c/ttml1 TTML1 github repo] at [https://github.com/w3c/ttml1/tree/master/testsuite/Third%20Edition <code>testsuite/Third Edition</code>].
