Guest Tables

BusDev should approve all Guests for: Group + joint meetings and TPAC breakout week. Email Alan, abird@w3.org. Examples: 1. Potential members; 2. Outside experts/contributors that don't have IE status with W3C.

Guest = Non-member or Non-IE invitees

Guest Registration Procedure -- All Guests are required to register for the meeting.
Exception: Attendee(s) from the diversity program (separate committee)
Once confirmed by busdev, each individual needs to be added to: https://www.w3.org/admin/othergroups/35125/userparticipation/list so that they can register.
The guests need to have a W3C account otherwise it will not be possible to add them.
Events team/busdev fill in the column “Added to https://www.w3.org/admin/othergroups/35125/userparticipation/list” of the guests wiki to let the team know that the guest will be able to register.

AC Meeting Guests: Jeff will continue approve substitute/alternate AC Rep requests and additional guest requests (more than one rep from an organization, for example). Send requests to acregister@w3.org
