We would like to acknowledge support from the European Commission through funding for the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7/2013-2015) under grant agreement n°611327 - HTML5Apps .
Registration
The meeting will take place on 27-29 August 2013 in Toronto, Canada. You are required to fill out the registration form.
The F2F is for members only. If you or your organization is not a member of the SysApps Working Group, you can ask via a private email to join the meeting as an observer directly to the chairs.
Logistics
The meeting will take place at Mozilla's Toronto office:
366 Adelaide Street West Suite 500 Toronto, Ontario M5V 1R9 Canada
When you arrive at the office, say that you are part of the event and give your name, you should get a badge.
The suite 500 is on the fifth floor.
Hotels
Mozilla recommends the following four hotels:
- Hilton Garden Inn - Downtown: a block from the office with decent room. Best choice if you just want to be close.
- Hyatt Regency: a few minutes walk but slightly more fancy.
- Hotel Ocho: 5-10 minutes walk, small boutique hotel with good restaurant.
- Gladstone Hotel: 10-15 minutes by car but a high quality boutique hotel with great restaurant and bar.
Agenda
This is proposal for the agenda of the upcoming F2F meeting. If you want to propose a change or an addition, please make sure to send an email to public-sysapps@w3.org.
We would like to make sure that attendees from Asia can remotely attend the morning meetings so we should make sure to start at 9 sharp.
