System Applications: 2nd F2F Meeting Agenda

Registration

The meeting will take place on 27-29 August 2013 in Toronto, Canada. You are required to fill out the registration form.

The F2F is for members only. If you or your organization is not a member of the SysApps Working Group, you can ask via a private email to join the meeting as an observer directly to the chairs.

Logistics

The meeting will take place at Mozilla's Toronto office:

When you arrive at the office, say that you are part of the event and give your name, you should get a badge.

The suite 500 is on the fifth floor.

Hotels

Mozilla recommends the following four hotels:

  • Hilton Garden Inn - Downtown: a block from the office with decent room. Best choice if you just want to be close.
  • Hyatt Regency: a few minutes walk but slightly more fancy.
  • Hotel Ocho: 5-10 minutes walk, small boutique hotel with good restaurant.
  • Gladstone Hotel: 10-15 minutes by car but a high quality boutique hotel with great restaurant and bar.

This is proposal for the agenda of the upcoming F2F meeting. If you want to propose a change or an addition, please make sure to send an email to public-sysapps@w3.org.

We would like to make sure that attendees from Asia can remotely attend the morning meetings so we should make sure to start at 9 sharp.
