Language of the Process Document

It is important to start with the language of the process document which outlines the overall responsibilities of the AB and participation rules.

Also important is the role discussion of the process document which emphasizes that AB members do not represent their companies; they are looking for what is good for the web and the W3C membership; and they are expected to participate fully.
