One way to DefineYourTerms is to include your definition in every message sent to someone who doesn't already have your definition. In certain systems this may be as easy as simply including it once, but in others (like the web in general), you can't know, so you have to include your definition every time. An alternative which may scale better is PullTheDefinition.
