Use case description: In a smart space environment (e.g, Intelligent Meeting Room), a typical service provided by the system is a presentation service. The task of this service to help speakers to set up their presentations before meetings begin.

A typical use case scenario is the following: At 1:57 PM the Intelligent Meeting Room system (IMR) comes to aware that a meeting is about to take place in the room R338, and the person Alice is scheduled to give a presentation at the meeting. IMR contacts Alice's person agent for information about the presentation slides that Alice will use for her presentation (e.g. the URL of the PPT slides). At 2:00 PM as Alice enters the meeting room, IMR informs her that the system is ready to set up her presentation (e.g., sending an SMS message to her cellphone), and waits for Alice's instruction. Alice instructs IMR to set up the presentation. Few seconds later, IMR fetches Alice's presentation from her web site, loads the slides on an overhead projector in the room, and dims the room lights.
