HCLSIG BioRDF Subgroup/QueryFederation/mappings

Ontology mappings that might be relevant for query federation (see attachments)

[1]-- Mapping between NeuronDB receptor classes and DBpedia resources. Linked via owl:sameAs statements. Mapping created with the trial version of TopBraid Composer 3 beta (partly automatic, but to a large degree manually). Cleaned up based on feedback from Rob.

[2]-- Mapping between NeuronDB neuron classes and DBpedia resources. Linked via owl:sameAs statements.

Some of the DBpedia mapping targets are not in the http://dbpedia.org/class/yago/Receptor105608868 tree (based on output of logic that was merging the Neuron_Receptor tree from SenseLab and the Receptor105608868 tree).
