- AR – Most of the data sets are available in RDF/OWL.
- AR – Making some final changes with Entrez Gene, Homologene, AlzGene, Antibodies, ModelDB and phentoypes.
- AR – CCDB, PubChem, Cell lines, and GENSAT haven’t made the first cut.
Progress on scientific questions
- AR – Met with June Kinoshita to work on scientific question.
