Progress from the informal F2F meeting last week - Reviewed status on conversation of dataset and schemas - Covered what is the content in the datasets - Discussed what are the critical datasets and what is not needed for the first demo, for example compound info would be nice to have but not necessary - Should the demo focus on the conversation and loading into one source (as a central Data Warehouse), or incorporate a federated component in the demo. - Most seems to prefer the federated approach, but it could be problem due to time. However, Eric P. has worked a lot on federated approach and would provide that component. And also making use of existing work on mapping between RDF and relational databases that Kei for example have.

Demo Equipment Update - Equipment for the demo. Something from HP would be able to provide “boxes” to implement the different demo component on. - Scott Marshall’s system could be a backup. - Would be great if the boxes would be on laptop and provide a mobile demo environment. - Triple store for the demo would be something else than Oracle.

Presentation Update - Feedback on the actual presentation component of the demo that Susie has put together, on the wiki. Please add feedback to Susie today to be able to submit due to deadline. Alan can have his own slides for the session.

Demo progress - Eric, Alan, John, Jonathan, Kei and Matthias et al work on different conversations and tidying up the different datasets and related modeling work.
