My main technical development work is on the Redland RDF API/storage system, Raptor RDF parser/serializer and Rasqal RDF query libraries.
I have participated on the W3C RDF Core working group and RDF Data Access working group (DAWG).
RDF Syntax
RDF/XML is the recommended transfer syntax for RDF and I edited the RDF/XML Syntax Specification (Revised) for RDF Core
Most recently I've been thinking about New Syntaxes for RDF and developed Turtle
