Methods to make the Q&A session more successful

ask presenters to list questions in their pre-recorded sessions on which the AC feedback is sought
- bring back these questions into the live session
create sub-groups during the live sessions to allow for less intimidating space for discussions
highlight the existence of less formal time for discussions before/after the meeting so that people can plan for this in their calendar
Before each topic or set of topics: plan a short time to give the highlights (a few slides welcome) in order to engage and steer the conversation before the Q&A
Engage the whole audience by suggesting one or two polls during the sessions
