[cancelled] Agenda - DAS Distributed Meeting 3 November 2016

Only Andrey and I were on the call (maybe due to the different European
time this week?), so at +5 we decided to cancel the call.

We  discussed briefly how Andrey was planning to address the TAG
feedback on Wake Lock - the rough plan being to rework the spec in depth
to take it into account.
