https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=24626

            Bug ID: 24626
Summary: [HTML 5.1] border is not listed in table element's
                    "Content attributes"
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTML5 spec
          Assignee: dave.null@w3.org
          Reporter: kurosawa-takeshi@mitsue.co.jp
        QA Contact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-admin@w3.org,
                    public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org

Table @border is not listed in table element's "Content attributes"

http://www.w3.org/TR/2014/WD-html51-20140204/tabular-data.html#the-table-element
> Content attributes:
> Global attributes
> sortable - Enables a sorting interface for the table

However @border is defined in HTML 5.1

http://www.w3.org/TR/2014/WD-html51-20140204/tabular-data.html#attr-table-border
> The border attribute may be specified on a table element to explicitly indicate that the table element is not being used for layout purposes.

Thus @border should be listed in table element's "Content attributes".
