https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=23897

            Bug ID: 23897
Summary: Add keysystem content attribute for to
                    HTMLSourceElement
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: Encrypted Media Extensions
          Assignee: adrianba@microsoft.com
          Reporter: ddorwin@google.com
        QA Contact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: hsivonen@hsivonen.fi, mike@w3.org,
                    public-html-media@w3.org
        Depends on: 20336

The spec currently defines a new "keySystem" DOM attribute on HTMLSourceElement
[1]. The intention was that this could be specified in markup, but that is not
what the spec describes.

In addition to the partial interface, we need to add a new content attribute
named "keysystem" (note the lower case 's'). In the HTML5 spec, this appears
under "Content attributes:" in specs (e.g. [2]).

There is still the possibility that we will remove this functionality
altogether (bug 20336).
