New CCG Task Force Guidelines

All,

The CCG currently has 3 task forces, the new Infrastructure task force and
there has been additional interest in other task forces. The Chairs
realized the CCG lacked formal documentation or guidelines on task forces.
We have drafted this Task Force Guideline
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QBSskibwdgpE5UCXLA9iYm7jJNEZNhKTZyK7srFuMUc/edit>
to provide guidance as we include it in the formal CCG Work Item process.

The chairs would appreciate feedback and we will discuss at our next
meeting on January 6, 2021 at 10am PT/1pm ET (the temporary new time).

Cheers,

-Heather & The Chairs

PS. This is the last email in this batch I promise. Happy New Year all!
