OWL-Time - deprecate DateTimeInterval ?

Trying to clear out un-used corners of OWL-Time I've just created a new ISSUE-156

with the following narrative:

time:DateTimeInterval is a specialization of timme:ProperInterval, which attempts to leverage specific time encodings as a kind of shortcut, compact representation for proper-intervals. They have an implicit duration corresponding to the precision or granularity of the time representation.

To me this all looks a bit forced, and also crosses the (admittedly rather blurred) line between semantics and representation. I actually had a hard time getting compelling examples, especially using the time:xsdDateTime variant - for example I can't figure out how to describe a single second|minute|hour starting at midnight. Looks ambiguous and to have marginal utility to me.

I have only tracked down one evidence of use, in the linked-events ontology, so have reached out to the original creator of that to see if marking DateTimeInterval 'deprecated' would break anything significant.
