Hi Felix, Dave and all,

Further to a review of the quality sections of the ITS draft referred to 
below:

in *6.18.1 Definition*, in the data category definition table, in the 
row "*Severity*" the "*Value*" text:
"A decimal between 0.0 to 100.0 (included)"
should be reformulated to something like:
"A decimal _value_ between 0.0 _and_ 100.0 (_inclusive_)" (changes 
underlined)
