*EasyChair set up*

I have created a multitrack conference at Easychair, called: Federated Event on Interoperability Standardization in Globalization, Internationalization, Localization, and Translation Technologies.
The public address is http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=feisgiltt2012
The tracks in the conference are:
6th MultilingualWeb Workshop [not sure about the numbering, please shout should the number be something else, I count Luxembourg as 4th, and Dublin as 5th] acronym MLW
3rd International XLIFF Symposium, acronym XLIFF
FEISGILTT for federated/pleanry activities
The MLW track should be obviously fully owned by the multilingualweb-pc
The XLIFF track is owned by the XLIFF Symposium Scientific Committee
The federated track is a collection of plenary and outreach activities that will be shaped by a federated PC comprising representatives of all stakeholders, including the MLW and XLIFF tracks, Localization World representattive Daniel Goldschmidt, ULI representative Uwe Stahlschmidt and representatives of other standardization activities that we may decide to invite going on..

The federated event was very warmly welcomed by the Localization World core organizers/owners and we have their full support as an important and fully integrated (co-branded) preconference activity.

We are expected to pay our own bills for Monday and Tuesday, and partially Wednesday.
We are getting logistics and branding support (venue negotiations, registration, annoncments etc.)

*The time schedule of FEISGILTT 2012*

Monday, October 15 [venue TBD (Bell Harbor OR Microsoft campus)]: Technical Meetings of MLW-LT WG and XLIFF TC, eventually other bodies who might join us
Tuesday, October 16 [venue Bell Harbor] MLW Workshop and XLIFF Symposium, lragely in tracks with a few plenary activities
Tuesday, October 16, evening [venue TBD waterfront close to Bell Harbor], FEISGILTT Reception
Wednesday, October 17 [official Localization World pre-conference day][venue Bell Harbor] - FEISGILTT showcase - industry and experimental standards driven interoperability implementation demos and case studies interesting for broader localization audience
[official Localization World Reception]
Thursday and Friday, October 18-19, Localization World Main Conference [In cooperation with FEISGILTT PC, the Localization World PC will place 2-3 presentations or equivalent, such as a plenary panel in the main conference program, pices with highest outreach potential will be selected..]

PC should now work on call for participation that will need to be reviewed by Daniel Goldschmidt for co-branding issues.
