Based on 7/15 mtg minutes, thinking was to "contact Carl Reid" (at OGC) to "engage them" about using their new SensorML language for realtime communication of sensor data for environmental applications.
Agreed during 8/30 mtg to wait until Kerry Taylor (CSIRO) to understand appropriate frame for contacting OGC (Carl Reid).
