- Allow groups to register hash tags (e.g., prefixed shortname by default).
Make use of this in various ways, such as:
* URI on home page to search twitter using that hash tag.
* If we tie blog posts to twitter, use relevant hash tag in post (at least prepopulate tweet with it)
