- UI revisited
- ACL updates for those templates to include a group's chairs
- Need to set rights to be "team can do everything" and "Chairs only have access to their groups."
- Optional: new URI for the service.
Closed with consensus of ted and ian that not a priority for now given (1) security issues (2) volume of requests is small.
