Not the red circle (which means "forbidden") but rather warning... IJ

I believe if we come up with a smarter, more personalized solution for each section would induce the user more in taking the action of completing the missing content.

Eg. Missing chair - we keep the same pattern (with block for pic and arrow and Chairs title) but inside the pic says (No chair yet), the name says (John Doe), and company (N/A)

Eg. No report published - we keep the same table but empty with each cell having just two dashes (--)

It would be great to know all the places that need this type of state.
