ACTION-21: Customized email for unsubscribe attempt on dbwg-backed list

Ted to ask Gerald how to send back a customized email explaining that to be unsubscribed you need to leave the group.


There are two cases (1) opt out from email but want to stay in group and (2) trying to leave the group. We do not plan to deal with opt-out of mail since that's probably not the common case.

Reviewing list creation code after createlist is called which creates the unsubscribe symlink update-smartlist-conf runs. update-smartlist-conf starting at line 148 creates .db-backed if appropriate, it can also rm and correct the symlink to different one for db-backed list
