Ian Jacobs, 3 Dec 2013, 15:11:22It is now possible to create new groups using https://mary.w3.org/2011/06/proposed_groups/. Those groups appear only on mary, and the blog is the only thing that gets created (so no wiki, ML or tracker), which I think is fine.
