A better solution is not to create a style for wp-login, but to stay in the same modal login window and indicate to the user which field was missing/wrong.
I managed to redirect but not sure how to add a css class for the input element when it needs to show the error. I'll try, and if I fail, I will re-assign this to Jean-Gui :D
