   Resolved: Adopt Ian's proposal with addition of notification requirement for both new checkpoints.
2. Issue 313: On Prompt/Notify/Advise/Alert
   Resolved: Use prompt and alert, instead of advise or notify. Add definition to glossary.

   Resolved: Adopt proposal by Ian with additions of moving point of regaurd and notification of a string not found
