  1. Issue 314: How to distinguish "important elements" (not just type?) Comments from Al Gilman on 7.6
    No resolution, but some of the issue raised include:
    1. Normative or informative list of important elements
    2. Minimum navigation requirements (forward and backward; next sibling, previous sibling, parent and child)
    3. Trying to convey the idea of structural navigation of resources
    4. Problems with HTML conveying structure and use of other specifications of HTML
