- Suggested vendor-specific keys for 1) proposed keys for standardization, and 2) truly unique keys that would not apply to other vendors (such as Safari's "focus all controls" setting)… This is a pretty standard way of proposing new features, and allows vendors to innovate w/o be hindered by the deliberative standardization process.
