The Events spec has a few in-page links that appear to be intended for glossary terms:

The targets of those links don't exist. Probably a glossary section needs to be created and those terms defined. For the 30 June 2013 TR publication I changed these to <em> to set them apart but avoid broken links (not in the source, just the version published).
