WCAG 2.1 by date and readiness

This model sees dot extensions based on predetermined milestone dates, and releases based on readiness of individual Success Criteria across all Task Forces. For example on date xx/xx/2017 all ready Success Criteria are released as WCAG 2.1, on date xx/xx/2017(+) all now ready Success Criteria are added to WCAG 2.1 and released as WCAG 2.2.

  1. avoids "ghettoization" of specific disability groups, by including proposed SC into 2.1
  1. Can be date oriented, but it can't be accepted until consensus, including resolving comments
  2. If WCAG is updated every year, then business will push back that they do not want to update their site every year and people with take legal action.
