WCAG 2.1 timeline
From WCAG WG
The WCAG group is working toward a possible WCAG 2.1 release to update the guidance in WCAG 2.0. WCAG 2.0 is not changing, but updates and additions are provided as part of WCAG 2.1, a separate document that may be conformed with or included in policies in the same way that WCAG 2.0 is today.
