Goals for January 2021
This is an experiment to see if we can be better organized to accomplish more in 2021. The purpose of these monthly goals are to keep groups focused and make it easier for leadership to know what groups are working on and the status of their projects.
Exploring Conformance Options
- Finish Principles - done except for word smithing that is based on the use cases.
- Finish discussing Questions (this may take longer than January)
- Create use cases for each principle - may work on use cases into the spring - bring use cases to the Silver group before the end of February.
Errors
- Scope statement by Friday - done
- Summary of User Needs - done
- Outlining Guidelines content - identifying content and build it out. - February
