Coga TF F2F Meeting

The Coga TF will meet on Tuesday, 12 July 2022. The host requests that participants be aware of the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

  • 9-10:20: (small group, likely only Lisa and Rain)
    • Review our docs and put them together into one findable place in preparation for the Research next steps conversation
  • 10:20-10:40: Coffee Break
  • 10:40:-12: (small group) Whoever is present, work together on tests for Clear Language. Note that this may be modified depending on who attends.
  • 11:30-1: Lunch Break
  • 1-1:30: Introduction, orientation, meeting technologies, etc.
  • 1:30-2:50: Structure for Content Usable v2
    • Review the current architecture (Rain will provide a link when ready to a visual overview of the current architecture)
    • Review what we know in terms of feedback based on survey and informal review
    • Affinity map based on what what we know
    • Review new architecture explorations and give feedback
    • Determine next steps
  • 2:50-3:10: Coffee Break
  • 3:10-5: Next steps for research
    • Understanding the different types of W3C documents:notes, standards, working drafts,
    • editors drafts, wiki pages, web pages, etc.
    • Overview of our current research docs
    • What’s in them
    • What is their current status
    • How are they each used
    • What would we like to do with each one
    • What needs to happen in order to do that work
    • Prioritize and determine next steps
  • 6pm: in person attendees meet for dinner

Note: Mental Health is not included in the face to face on July 12 because it has its own project session in the Inclusion Forum on Friday, July 15.
