Describe a sample mobile web app and how it has been designed to be accessible, e.g. CityLights mobile web site (playing off of http://www.w3.org/WAI/demos/bad/after/home.html)

@@jeanne recommends removing this from the note and putting it on a different list of deliverables. IMO this is a large project that should only be looked at after we finish the Note. The BaD demo of WAI took a year to write. @@Jan: +1
