May need an extra paragraph explaining that in responsive web design, CSS media queries and JavaScript may change the order of elements (rearranged DOM Scripting and/or hiding blocks with CSS) - even turning the device from landscape to portrait may trigger such a change. So I guess the requirement would be to keep the order consistent in one chosen media query bracket.@@@
