Participation

Participation is open to participants of W3C/WAI's Evaluation and Repair Tools Working Group (ERT WG). If you are currently not a participant but wish to attend please contact Shadi Abou-Zahra (Chair and Team contact).

The meeting is scheduled for two days to discuss issues related to the advancement of EARL 1.0 towards a W3C Recommendation.

Registration

A registration is required and is open until 8 February, 2007. The registration system is password protected. Please use the Account Password Recovery if you forgot your login details. If you have not previously requested a login, please follow the instructions below and contact Shadi Abou-Zahra with any questions.

If you work for a W3C Member organization, fill out and submit the Member Access Request Form.
If you do not work for a W3C Member organization, fill out and submit the Public Access Request Form.

Travel

The closest airport is the Asturias Airport (IATA code: OVD) and is about 38 KM from Gijón. See further information about getting to Gijón.

Transportation

Taxi: The estimated travel time from the airport to Gijón is about 35 minutes and should cost approximately 45€.
Bus: Buses are scheduled to leave every hour from 7:00 to 24:00 and the rate to Gijón is approximately 5.60€. The bus schedule provides details (select "Aeropuerto Asturias" to "Gijon").; The bus platforms are right outside the Arrivals terminal to the right. There are buses leaving to Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés, be careful and take the bus to Gijón. The bus will arrive in Gijón at the Central Bus Station, located in Llanes street.; A taxi from the bus station to the meeting/lodging venue should cost approximately 5€.
Car: Rental cars are available at the airport, please contact shadi@w3.org if you need driving instructions.
