Picture-in-Picture

20020-02-19 Picture-in-picture is a common OS affordance. This spec provides an API for a website to request and monitor a picture-in-picture window. I believe the spec could benefit from an accessibility statement that reminds implementors to implement proper keyboard behavior and error handling. From my understanding, the user agent would be responsible for the keyboard mechanism to navigate to and from the picture-in-picture window. This should be clarified and explicitly stated. It is also important that the video controls within the picture-in-picture window are fully accessible.
