C.1 Significant Editorial Changes since the First Public Working Draft

• 2019-07-16: Added Design Guide to appendix.
• 2020-03-27: Coga TF changed the documents as follow:
  • conducted a mapping across the user needs, user stories, personas, and patterns and filled in the gaps,
  • removed duplicate content,
  • reorganized the content to focus the main portion on designers and developers and create a more cohesive flow,
  • conducted editorial cleanup (punctuation, grammar, etc) of the content to improve quality and readability,
  • added quotes to patterns and personas.
• 2020-07-13: Coga TF changed the documents as follows:
  • made the tone consistent across the document and fixed editing errors,
  • reorganized the sections to improve readability, and
  • removed appendixes that were still in process.
  • This version of document will be used for Wide Review.
• 2020-12-10: Added glossary section.
• 2021-04-21: Coga TF changed the document as follows:
  • changes to address issues from other working groups such as Education and Outreach (EO), including:
    • revised the introduction and summary,
    • revised the usability and policy sections,
    • revised the section on how to use this document,
    • improved internationalization,
    • added links to EO publications, and
    • reduced and merged appendix B and C.
  • updated the persona section to make it more diverse,
  • addressed issues and suggestions from the public, including editorial issues, clarifications, additional examples and plain language reviews and suggestions,
  • improved icons for understandability and internationalization,
  • clarified patterns and improved the consistency of their contents,
  • improved consistency of terminology and how words are used,
  • improved the consistency of user needs and stories,
  • added references and a "Language" section to the introduction.
