Team Comment on the EPUB 3.1 Submission

W3C is pleased to receive the EPUB 3.1 Member Submission from IDPF and co-submitters. This Member Submission was forecast in the memorandum of understanding between IDPF and W3C on combining the two organizations. See the press release announcing W3C and IDPF have combined.
