Previous actions attempted to determine the licensing situation for PubSubHubbub (one of the candidates for Social Web WG Federation).

Unfortunately it appears there may have been a miscommunication in the conclusions of those actions.

The current editor of PubSubHubbub 0.4 is Julien Genestoux (not Brad Fitzpatrick as implied Action 12).

Thus to clarify the PuSH license for potential referencing and re-use in W3C specifications, we need to have a W3C contact reach out to Julien directly and hopefully resolve the license situation so we can consider PuSH in the Social Web WG (many folks want to).
